You can check other players' land, and if their lands have unharvested ripe fruits, you can steal a certain amount of it.

All players with or without NFT can steal.

Players with NFT have an upper limit onstealing, and the wallet has the daily upper limit of 0.1BNB.

For the players without NFT have an upper limit of 0.1BNB on stealing.

To withdraw the rewards of stealing, you have to own the NFT. The rewards will be unlocked gradually within 7 days.

The unlock time starts to calculate from the beginning of the NFT transferred into wallet.
